Search by VIN, chassis, or part number and we pull the exact part from the maker's catalog. You can also browse by brand → model → year.

What if the part isn't in the catalog?

Request it — fill in your car and the part, and we'll send a quote within one business hour by phone or WhatsApp.

How do I make sure a part fits my car?

Parts pulled by VIN are matched to your exact model. For requests, we confirm fitment before quoting.

Payment methods

What payment methods can I use?

mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay, plus interest-free installments via Tamara and Tabby.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes — choose "Cash on delivery" at checkout and pay the courier when your parts arrive.

Can I split the payment?

Yes, eligible orders can be split into 4 interest-free payments with Tamara or Tabby, shown at checkout.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–4 business days depending on your city and part availability. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

Do you deliver to the workshop?

Yes — choose "My workshop" at checkout and we deliver directly to your workshop and confirm the time by phone.

Order tracking

How do I track my order?

Open the order from your account, or use Track order with your order number to see its status timeline.

What do the statuses mean?

Received → Preparing → Shipped → Delivered. Each step is timestamped, and a tracking number appears once shipped.

Cancellation & modification

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, while it's still New or Preparing. Open the order and choose Cancel; if you already paid, we refund you.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Before it ships, use Request a change on the order and tell us what to adjust — we review it before shipping.

Returns & refunds

How do returns work?

Request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible, unused parts in original packaging. We issue an RMA number to track it.

When do I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect the part, we refund your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Warranty

Are parts under warranty?

Genuine (OEM) parts carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects; quality aftermarket parts have a limited warranty from delivery.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us with your order number and a photo or description of the issue, and we'll guide the replacement or refund.

Genuine vs aftermarket

What's the difference?

Genuine (اصلي) is the dealer part with factory specs; aftermarket (بديل) is a quality alternative maker's part at a lower price.

Which should I choose?

Genuine for exact-match and warranty peace of mind; aftermarket to save money. Each part row shows its type and price.

Account & addresses

Do I need an account?

You can browse and request without one, but an account saves your vehicles, addresses, orders and requests in one place.

How do saved addresses work?

Add addresses with your city, set a default, and checkout prefills it automatically to speed up ordering.
